On 15 December 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MILFORD SHOPPING CENTRE LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Ian Hally, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 December 2011.
