Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 December 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to
section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GOAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Murray Andrew Couper, chartered accountant of Papakura, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 December 2011.
