Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of liquidators the company would be able to pay its debts, Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company
by special resolution of the shareholders passed at 8.30pm on 5 December 2011, the time and date the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the company, we fix
31 January 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
