Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 December 2011 at 8.40am.
We fix 1 February 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
