Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUTOKOOL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 December 2011 at 11.24am.
We fix 6 February 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
