Take notice that ICEBERG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 December 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 7 December 2011 at 10.36am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 27 January 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
