Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MATCHY CABS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 December 2011 at 10.09am.
We fix 16 January 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
