The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of the shareholders dated the 24th day of November 2011 at 6.00pm, on the bases
that the companies had ceased trading on 30 September 2011, had served their useful purpose and should be wound up.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
David John Heald was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator does not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the companies are solvent, the directors having passed resolutions to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in writing, by 25 December 2011.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 18 January 2012 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
