David Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of H.V.R. HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 28 November 2011 at 10.53am.
We fix 19 January 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
