Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Craig William Melhuish and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Blenheim on 29 November 2011 at 10.20am.
The liquidators fix 9 January 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.
