Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 November 2011, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R L & P E GRAY LIMITED be liquidated and that Graeme John Evans, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2011.
