Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of RED TRACTOR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
23 November 2011 at 10.37am.
We fix 23 December 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
