Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
I hereby fix 16 December 2011 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
