Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company, on 13 May 2011, was wound up by resolution of the shareholders.
Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the company.
In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague, Level 4, 143 Nelson Street, Auckland on Wednesday 30 November 2011 at 10.00am.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Appointment of a liquidator’s committee, if thought fit.
3. To receive the views of creditors.
