Notice is hereby given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named company on 4 February 2011 at 5.10pm, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator of SINA TRUSTEES LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 9 March 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
