Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 8 November 2011 at 8.00am, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Steve Cammish, of BDO Auckland, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of JP & KA WITEHIRA LIMITED, I fix 15 December 2011 as the
day on or before which the creditors of the company are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
It should be noted that the company has sold its business assets and has ceased business operations.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.
