Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the companies by the High Court at Wellington on the date and times below:

SHIPHRAH MIDWIFERY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.
TOTAL EDUCATION GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 11.26am.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 12 December 2011 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
