On 31 October 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that HOUSTON HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 October 2011.
