Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 February 2011 at the time stated below:
