(in liquidation) on 2 November 2011 at 9.00am passed a special resolution for the winding up and liquidation of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date and time of commencement of the liquidation is the date and time of the said resolution, namely 2 November 2011 at 9.00am.
