Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 3 November 2011 at 3.00pm, by special resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, OPI PACIFIC FINANCE LIMITED and FP HOLDINGS LIMITED were placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix
30 December 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
