Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed the liquidator
of ACTIVE REHAB LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company in a meeting properly convened for the purposes of the watershed meeting held on 27 January 2011 pursuant to Subpart 8 of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993.
The resolution was passed and the appointment made on
27 January 2011 at 12.38pm.
The liquidator fixes 4 March 2011 as the last day on or before which the creditors of ACTIVE REHAB LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
