Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of WILLIAMS AND WIMSATT ARCHITECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 November 2011 at 10.38am.
We fix 1 December 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
