Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2011 at 10.04am, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield, of Auckland, were appointed by the High Court at Auckland to be joint and several liquidators of the company pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 7 March 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
