Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Damien Grant, insolvency practitioner, was appointed interim liquidator of TRIDENT CAPITAL LP on 23 August 2011 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 89 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.
Following this, Damien Grant, insolvency practitioner,
was appointed liquidator of TRIDENT CAPITAL LP on
27 October 2011 at 10.07am, by the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidator fixes 23 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnership are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
