Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the High Court at Dunedin on 25 October 2011 at 10.15am, the above-named companies were put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes 21 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
