On 25 October 2011 at 2.40pm, the shareholders of DUNEDIN BAKERY NUMBER 1 LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 21 November 2011.
