Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and
Section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008
Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PINGAR LP (in liquidation) on 26 October 2011 at 10.00am, pursuant to section 88(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of PINGAR LP
(in liquidation) fix 25 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
