Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 October 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WILLIE CHAN & CO LIMITED be liquidated and that Douglas Wynne Wilson, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation is that of a solvent company, which is
no longer required by the shareholders, and commenced
on 17 October 2011.
