Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 February 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WIGER TOODS LIMITED
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on 1 February 2011 at 2.00pm.
The liquidator fixes 10 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
