Take notice that GIBBSTON WATER HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by special
resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section
241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 October 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 10 October 2011 at 10.00am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 18 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
