Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on 11 October 2011 at 1.30pm, appointed Peter Charles Chatfield and Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies.
Certificates of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 have been completed by the directors of the companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 9 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
