Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of A.G. & A.H. THOMSON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 5 October 2011 at 4.30pm.
The liquidation commenced as a result of a resolution passed by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 4 November 2011 as the last day on or before which the creditors of A.G. & A.H. THOMSON LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
