Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 3rd day of October 2011:
"That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed into liquidation from 7 October 2011 and that Kenneth William Whaley and Richard Matthew Durney be appointed joint liquidators."
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 8 November 2011,
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
