Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CENTRAL OIL DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 October 2011 at 10.50am.
We fix 25 November 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
