Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BIKERIGHT LIMITED by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 October 2011 at 9.30am.
We fix 25 October 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
