Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of ALLELY HOUSE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors on 16 July 2010 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 239ABU of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator records that this notice is in regard to the transition from voluntary administration to liquidation.
It bears no consequence to the current trading activities of the business of Allely House.
