Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that XPRESS LOGGING LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 6 September 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 September 2011 at 4.30pm.
