Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 24 of
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Richard Grant
Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton
New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of
THE NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT CENTRAL INCORPORATED.
The liquidation commenced on 1 October 2011.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
31 October 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
