Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Company Nos.: 1214253, 1360603, 1688045, 1626966, 1835395
We, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and
Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the above-named companies by order of special resolutions of the shareholders on 31 January 2011.
The liquidations commenced on our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the
above-named companies, we fix 11 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
