Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 October 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HARRISON PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Clifford Seymour Whitelaw, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2011.
