Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BLACK ROBIN FREIGHTERS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 January 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 24 January 2011 at 10.47am.
