Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that DRIVESAFE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 December 2010 to be put
into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 13 December 2010 at 12.12pm.
