Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Christine Margaret Dunphy and Andrew Robert Croad were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators of CAPITAL HOUSE INSPECTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 1 October 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
