Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators of JENNIAN HOMES TAUPO LIMITED (in liquidation) and MILESTONE HOMES TAUPO LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 30 September 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
