Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 16 June 2011 the company was put into voluntary administration, and subsequently Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the creditors at
the watershed meeting, pursuant to section 239ABA(c)
of the Companies Act 1993 on 29 August 2011 at 1.05pm.
We fix 29 September 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
