Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that HIRE CENTRE (WANAKA) LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 23 August 2011 at 10.25am.
