Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that KARAMEA RESORT LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the
High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 23 August 2011 at 10.02am.
