Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 18 August 2011 at 11.00am, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into voluntary liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency, and that Craig Ross
McCoy and Michael Shane Welsh, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint liquidators.
