Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FRANZ JOSEF HELIPORT LIMITED by the High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2011 at 10.05am.
We fix 30 September 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
